The Berlin-based specialist for credit management and billing management is launching its new product Payment Clearing Cloud today, just in time for the Internet World.

The standardized product builds on the payment clearing solutions of billing experts that have been established on the marked for a number of years. Leading companies such as ProSiebenSat.1-Gruppe, Deutsche Telekom, nu3, AMORELIE and maxdome trust this solution for effective credit management and for the monitoring of their payment service providers. With the Payment Clearing Cloud, nexnet is now also offering solutions for the end customer business of smaller and medium-sized online traders. Here it doesn't matter whether the trader sells digital or physical good or practices classic retail trade. The Payment Clearing Cloud provides a standardized solution for the monitoring and the debit-side depiction of the payment flows of end customers and the connected payment service providers (PSPs). This means credit management from one of the leading suppliers of automated financial processes, fully automated and, if desired, certifiable according to PS 951. This saves the retailer not just time and nerves, but also money. With the automated allocation of payments according to the shopping basket, the retailer will know in the future whether its money is still with the customer, the PSP or is already in its bank account. The transaction fees of the connected payment service providers are posted automatically in a manner appropriate to input tax and collated with the pay-out amounts. "Many online shops have already have already been faced with the situation in which the shopping baskets are not covered by the pay-outs of the PSPs or can only be reconciled with difficulty. The complexity of the PSP business and the provision of pay-out documents on the basis of individual transactions exceed the possibilities of many small and growing retailers. With our solutions, which are capable of dealing with mass transactions, we monitor all payments at the individual transaction level and can thus tell in the case of each individual payment whether this has already been made by the buyer or has been transferred by the PSP to the retailer," says Ingo Hentschel, authorized officer of nexnet GmbH, explaining the advantages of the new product.

Starting at 99 Euros per month, the online retailer can monitor its payment service and have a certifiable monthly closing statement created. The fact that this is subject to quality assurance processes that conform to the PS-951 auditing standard simplifies the communication at a later stage with tax advisors and auditors.
