Dispute resolution Telecommunications

Pursuant to Section 47a of the German Telecommunications Act, subscribers have the option of initiating arbitration proceedings before the Federal Network Agency if a dispute arises between the subscriber and nexnet GmbH as to whether an obligation has been fulfilled towards the subscriber which relates to the conditions or performance of contracts for the provision of the network or services and which is connected with the following regulations: Sections 43a, 43b, 45 to 46 or the ordinances issued on the basis of these regulations and Section 84 or Regulation (EC) No. 717/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 27, 2007 on roaming on public mobile telephone networks within the Community and amending Directive 2002/21/EC (OJ L 171, 29.6.2007, p. 32), as amended, the subscriber may initiate arbitration proceedings with the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Federal Network Agency by submitting an application. For this purpose, an application must be submitted to the Federal Network Agency.
