Dispute resolution telecommunications

Pursuant to § 47a of the Telecommunications Act, subscribers have the option of initiating conciliation proceedings before the Federal Network Agency if a dispute arises between the subscriber and nexnet GmbH as to whether an obligation has been fulfilled vis-à-vis the subscriber that relates to the terms and conditions or performance of contracts for the provision of the network or services and is connected with the following regulations: §§ 43a, 43b, 45 to 46 or the statutory ordinances issued on the basis of these regulations and § 84 or Regulation (EC) No. 717/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2007 on roaming on public mobile communications networks within the Community and amending Directive 2002/21/EC (OJ L 171, 29.6.2007, p. 32), as amended, the subscriber may initiate conciliation proceedings by submitting an application to the consumer conciliation body of the Federal Network Agency. For this purpose, an application must be submitted to the Federal Network Agency.
